AND HERE'S TO YOU...Woke up this morning to the news that Conor is leaving Barnsley FC at the end of the season via mutual consent
. Doesn't come as any surprise, and will be sad to see him go, but he was out of his depth in his first managerial role, and personally I'm glad he's not been sacked. Loved him as a player, always will, and didn't want that tarnished.
So who's next? Not sure, but not sure who'd want the job either. There's zero ambition coming from above, and no money or backing either. It will be interesting.
We drew against Bradford by the way, which was a decent result if you take into consideration we played all bar eight minutes with a man less.
Only one home game to go. And that's the final one of the season. Big
decision about whether we renew our season tickets or not. (obviously we probably will)
